Passport, driving license, or birth certificate for both parties
Recent utility bill or bank statement showing current address
Details of two male witnesses (or one male and two females)
If previously married, provide divorce certificate or death certificate
Proof of Islamic faith and completion of pre-marriage counseling
Or the male partner must be Muslim for the marriage to be valid
Free and willing consent from both bride and groom
Presence of the bride's guardian or representative
Agreement on the mahr amount and payment terms
Two male witnesses or one male and two female witnesses
